"My Encounter"
These folks are a total scam, pulling a bait and switch on you. They’ll tell you you're all set, but once you try to place your order, they just won’t go through with it. That kind of trickery is against the law.

"Avoid this website at all costs"
The shoes aren't genuine, which explains the low price. They're not trustworthy. I was promised a refund, but it never came.

"Order never arrived"
Last year, or maybe even before the Christmas holidays, I placed an order with this company and still haven't seen the package. However, I did receive a bill from them. If it was left on my porch, anyone could've taken it. I'm really let down and have felt this way for over a year or two.

"Terrible clothing and awful customer support"
The folks in customer service are some of the rudest I've ever dealt with. Their clothing is of really low quality. The shirts I got from them had holes after just a few weeks. The pants are just as bad. Plus, they charge a pretty penny for this junk. Seriously, don’t throw your cash away.

"Customer Service Left Me Disappointed"
I really dig their products, but I gotta say, I won't be shopping with them again. The shipping has been super inconsistent, and my stuff shows up way later than expected, even after I tried to reschedule a bunch of times. I reached out to voice my concerns, hoping for a better shipping choice, but the supervisor in customer service seemed totally indifferent to my situation. So long, KJordan.

"Issues with Return Fees"
I really advise against ordering from this shop. I sent back an item that didn’t fit, and they want to charge me $36 just to return it! Honestly, I should’ve just kept it and sold it myself. I’ve shopped with Vensus before, and when I returned items that didn’t fit, they didn’t hit me with any fees. This feels like a total rip-off; $36 is way too steep for a return. Customer service reps ought to inform you about this before you buy. I don’t want anyone else to go through this, so I’ve reached out to the Better Business Bureau.

"Happy Shopper"
I’m consistently pleased with what I buy and the quality is great. My only gripe is that the shipping fees are pretty steep. Other than that, I’ve got no issues. The customer service is decent too.

"Avoid this place at all costs!"
This rundown shop sent me an item, but FedEx sent it back saying the address was incorrect. The address was put in by the seller, K Jordan. FedEx returned the package to them, and K Jordan wouldn’t give me back my shipping fee of $37.99, even though I never got the item and wasn’t the one who sent it back. This was my first and definitely my last order with them.

"Two Accounts Confusion"
I've had my Original Account for over a year now. I got two separate statements, each showing different balances. Whenever I make a purchase, I always use the Account Number assigned to me. So how on earth did they manage to open a new account for me when I made a charge? They told me that, unfortunately, it can happen. But why did they do this without letting me know? This has never occurred before, and I’m not cool with it. Why should I bear the brunt of their error? Plus, I dealt with two of the rudest Customer Service Reps. I used to really like this Company, but after this whole mess, I’m thinking of closing my account.

I'm a huge fan of KJordan! Everything's fantastic, the customer support is top-notch, and the products are gorgeous and fit perfectly. I've never had any issues with them. Plus, they have amazing sales that are right on time. You won't find winter stuff being sold in the summer here. Seriously, I'm KJordan's biggest supporter!

I love kjordan, everything is great, customer service is great, the merchandise is beautiful and true to size. I have never had a complaint about them. By the way, wonderful sales and on the season. Not like winter items in the summer. Im kjordas biggest fan.

I just put in an order for $182.00. i got a message my order was approved for credit and then they said my credit limit was 100.00. whats going on?

“K.Jordan like most creditors that offer closed loop lines of credit will offer credit lines that are rather low to start with upon pre-approval. Pay it down within or above the agreed terms, and they usually jump the credit lines up significantly. If you have a thin or no credit history, they probably offer $100.00 min. It's not unusual if approved for a major closed looped creditor to offer $250.00 for a popular brand such as Comenity for Victoria's Secret, or Synchrony for Belk/JC Penny, etc. However after making a few purchases, paying the balance off reasonably, and using the credit lines sensibly they will extend further credit lines. Sometimes you can call in and ask for a larger credit line, and many times they will boost it higher, although that is determined by your credit history. Remember it's not the amount of credit that matters, but how much you can use by need, not wants. Some creditors I have found are far too generous in their credit line offering, like really how much does a person really need such as $25k in a single major credit card line? considering in modern days a person that has such credit lines, have plenty of earnings, thus disposable income, which equates to them have a healthy bank account, in which all now come with a debit card with a major VISA/Mastercard logo. I think all credit should be modest amounts not to exceed $2,500.00. I don't believe anyone needs or really uses amounts above that threshold, over a yearly period.”
